Book an Outing for Your Organization at the Oaks Course
Here at the Oaks Course, we’re happy to help you accommodate your business needs by hosting an outing or team building event with us! Not only is hosting a tournament a fantastic way to network with local people, but it’s also a great way to break the office monotony and enjoy an afternoon in the sun among peers. Many various local organizations use the Oaks Course to hold their annual scrambles, charity events, or team building exercises!
We would be happy to help you plan the perfect outing for your business or organization so you can get away from the busy office with coworkers. If you book an outing at the Oaks, we can offer outings including a tournament or scramble, driving range contests, and putting contests. There are also opportunities to raise sponsors for each hole of your tournament so that you can continue to reach new people in business and network with the local community. Some of the organizations we’ve welcomed to the Oaks for an event include the Newton County Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of Newton County, CURE Childhood Cancer, Piedmont-Newton Hospital, Alcovy High School Football, FCA of Newton/Rockdale County, and many more!
In addition to having a beautifully manicured course, we also offer an on-site restaurant with catering available, and our scenic Champion Room with lots of natural sunlight and several windows overlooking the putting green and tee box for Hole 1. The Champion Room has many versatile uses, and has hosted events previously such as banquets, baby showers, trunk shows, business or corporate meetings, holiday parties, charity events, and tournament activities. Our very own Putter’s Restaurant has a versatile menu with different offerings for those who wish to provide food for their outing or event. We try to make things as simple as possible for your event planning to make our course a true one-stop-shop!
